Mary was born in the 1930's to the Nixon family who lived & made their living on the working narrowboats carrying cargo up & down the canals delivering to factories and other businesses. She spent her childhood & married life on the cut after meeting her childhood sweetheart John from another working boat family.
She sadly passed away at the age of 67 & now as her daughter & Skincare Specialist, I have developed a Skincare, Body & Home Range with nature in mind...on the front of the packaging there is a Lavender Sprig which was her absolute favourite & the horseshoe on the back represents the shire-horse used to pull the boats along the canal...may her legacy live on!
